DESCRIPTION: Beautiful Satsuma Japanese earthenware with Choshusan mark. Incredibly detailedhand painted largefooted centerpiece bowlwith gold gilt andraisedenamel. Heavilysigned on the bottom. Also know at the Holy man and the dragon, or the faces of the ancients.

DATE: 1868 - 1912

CONDITION: These is a major repaired break running through the center of the whole bowl.Pleasereviewphotos for best idea of condition.
