Thomas Minton founded his potterycirca 1793, in Stoke-on-Trent, England, the heart of The Potteries. Herbert, his son, succeeded his father as head of the companyand was responsible for the development and reputation of the firm. In 1892, Minton began production of bone china, influenced by the French \'Sevres\' And the rest is history!

The classic and exotic floral designof Haddon Hall porcelain is based on the wonderful tapestries which hang at Haddon Hall, the stunning English Tudor house, situated in thebeautiful Peak District National Park in Derbyshire. The gently fluted scalloped, ribbedplate rims of the 3 platesare finished in Apple Green trim.

The 3 Plates which comprise the Cake Stand arein excellent condition, 1st Quality, with no chips, cracks or crazing and produce that wonderfully satisfying \'Ping\' . The stand fittings are in good order.

The Platesmeasures10.5\"/26.5cms, 9\"/23cms and 8\"/20.5cms in diameter.
