Comes uninflated and some are unpackaged, take to a party shop or florist to inflate. If you choose to use a DIY helium tank please message me for instructions as it is very easy to burst the balloons if you don\'t know how.I am a professional florist and balloon decorator and the balloons I sell are good quality from known manufacturers.Characters are licensed, no Chinese rip offs.
I combine postage if you want to buy other items, please message me for a quote.All items are posted in 2 working days although I aim to post every morning this is not guaranteed.
