The motor is below 50cc as required by DMV. Other similar motorbikes/motorscooters may have 50cc or more which is illegal and inoperable for the road. 50cc or more is considered a motorcycle and must pass state safety inspection. What makes this build very unique is we\'ve spent extra money of your future motorbike on inspection that is done all the way in Milan, Italy. This build has passed rigorous tests in order to be approved for roadway use.
