For sale is a 1935 Music Box that plays \"Happy Birthday\" and another tune that I recognize but can\'t name. The box is made of brushed aluminum and is a metallic blue in color. The wind up mechanism is fine. The patent is number is 2,000,804 which places it in 1935. It is in the Art Decostyle and has a mirror in the lid and would have had a powder puff underneath. The knob on the top appears to be bakelite. The unit is in great condition for its age. It measures 6 inches in diameter and 5 inches in height. There is light discoloration where the powder puff was and there is lightwear on the unit and the mirror. The three metal legs are held on with brass brads which are loose. This is a family heirloom.
