The binding is tight and the pages are still surprisingly crisp and clean! Some general/shelf wear along with bumping/wear to the spine/corners, wear to the cloth boards and wear/marks/stains to the edge/fore pages, NOT affecting the text!Please note the wear/marks/stains on the top edge pages!This area has been closely photographed for your careful examination and should be considered BEFORE offerding/buying.Please also note the Random House stamp which is clearly visible on the bottom edge pages.
The original, First State dust jacket is fully intact and NOT price-clipped!Some general/shelf wear along with creases, chipping and rubbing.Please note the large, vertical crease on the rear, inside dust jacket flap!The vertical crease extends over the entire length of the flap.The crease is large, clearly visible and has been closely photographed for your careful examination.There is also some toning/age discoloration on the inside of the dust jacket, NOT visible unless the jacket is fully removed but still worth mentioning/considering.
