This INCREDIBLE dress is made in Italy and done in a soft, slinky, rayon jersey fabric. The print is colorful and so JPG! This is a pull-over style dress with no closures. The halter slips over the neck and the waist is elasticized. This has a long skirt with long slits on both sides. LOVE THIS!!!
