I acquired this beautiful Sterling Silver inlaid plate with 24K gold electroplate depicting John Adams from a relative\'s estate and am selling it. It has been stored in all original packaging and well protected, looks like it has never been removed from the box. I did NOT remove it from it\'s setting as to not risk damaging it. All original paperwork and certificate of authenticity included. Certificate of authenticity reads
\"This is to certify that the sterling silver plate originally accompanied by this certificate, and identified by the same serial number, is the 1974 Official Bicentennial Commemorative Plate of The Bicentennial Council of the Thirteen Original States. The plate is inlaid and electroplated with 24 karat gold, and was produced in limited edition by the Franklin Mint.\" Serial Number 1583, Certification date July 15, 1974.
I am not an expert so please look at the photos carefully for this as is purchase The color of the binder itself didn\'t photograph the best, it is a navy color . I will do my best to answer all questions.
