Description:

A GREAT LATE 19TH CENTURY NAIVE FOLK ART OIL ON CANVAS PAINTING OF A GROUP OF PEACHES. New England, Circa 1860-1870 in its original stretchers and original plaster painted frame.

THIS IS AN WELL EXECUTED 19TH CENTURY FOLK ART PAINTING. IT HAS THE BEST DETAILS AND GREAT BOLD COLORS.

The entire piece is still bright and in very nice condition.

Oil on Canvas, it retains its original pine stretchers and the gilt painted plaster over wood frame is original.

It is not signed and the condition is very fine. There is no in-painting visible.

Frame is 21\" by 15\" and sight is 14 1/4\" by 10\"

Typical wear and imperfections with age. No rips or tears but it does have some minor surface abrasions, (see photos). We did not remove it from the frame.
