From an estate clearance this is a very attractive Victorian silver buckle as pictured.

Assayed in Birmingham by Colen Hewer Cheshire during 1899, it weighs 2.07 imperial ounces which is 1.88 troy ounces or 58.7 grams.

Forming co-joined hearts when linked, the buckle measures approximately 3.5\" wide by 2.5\" tall .

There are no nasty or serious condition problems to report as far as I can tell, just a few very minor signs of age and use as you would expect and no bad misshapes or splits and everything still functions.
