National Twin Control Cauterizing Tool made by the National Electric Instrument Co. of Long Island N. Y.. This is a great looking vintage art deco stylish marbleized bakelite case. It has not been polished just lightly cleaned. Really excellent, no chips, cracks or rough edges. Really an excellent example. Measures 8 1/2\" x 7\" x 4 1/8\" deep. I plugged it in and the light came on behind the National name. Haven\'t tested anything else. No cords. The nuts holding the back on were missing when I got it. Clean inside. I\'ll be glad to answer any questions I can or provide additional pictures.
