Polished sterling silver makes up the majority of this lovely, traditional naja pendant by Navajo silversmith Martha Cayatineto.A thick sterling band makes up the naja portion of the piece, stamped with scallop and triangle designs and left unadorned at each circular end. Hanging from the center of the naja is a single, blue-green turquoise stone, set in a sawtooth sterling silver bezel and surrounded at the base by a sterling silver rope pattern. The large bail of the piece is repoussed with two diamond designs and stamped with various patterns, including diamonds, triangles, and scallops, and is large enough to accommodate beads or multiple strands. 3 1/8\" long including bailx 2 5/16\" wide.
