I have decided to sell my 12 piece JW Original Basket Set which I love dearly but I am 72 and will soon be downsizing. I am selling one basket on each listing.

This listingis forthe 1st 1983JW Market Basket. The flash makes some of the pictures look a little light than the true color. The first and second pictures are a more true representation shade of the basket. It is not reddish brown - just brown. The JW Plaid Liner should have been down further in the basket, I notice it is too high in the pictures. It does go lower; I just didn\'t have the protector pushed down to the bottom of the basket.

On a separate listing, I have listed the1984JW Waste Basket which is the most Rare as not very many were sold.HOWEVER, this listingis forthe 1st 1983JW Market Basket.

Both of these are in the best condition of anyJW basketsbaskets I have seen. I have given pictures of all sides and top and bottom of the baskets. Both are signed by 9 Longaberger Family members. This Market basket comes with a tie-on and a protector. I have had it in my smoke freehome on a shelf for several years but am not the original owner. I would not say this is perfect because I doubt if is perfect since theywere createdby humans but it is as near mint as I have seen. Judge for yourself as you study the pictures. I will list the first two baskets and the others will follow in the next few weeks.Not sure if a box came with this; will post if I find one for it. The tag has a few very very minor marks of it but not noticeable unless looking closely. (See picture)Shipping is $15 which will be used to pay for the insurance and shipping. I will only charge the amount it cost me to send this basket with the insurance. If any overcharge more than $1, I willrefund the difference. I am not out to make money on shipping. In the last paragraph of the main description, I mistakenly referred to this basket as the Waste Basket; however it should have bee written \"Market Basket.\" The description on this listing is referring to the JW Market Basket and does not come with an original box but does come with protector, liner and tie-on.
