Combined Shipping:

If you would like to return your item, kindly contact our customer service team via Messaging to request a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Any non- correspondence will not be answered with the required RMA Number.

The Consignment Bag will reply within 24 hours with the required RMA number and return shipping information.
Shipping costs for unwanted items are your responsibility. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.Once the item is received with all original packaging, tags and accessories, The Shopping Bag staff will inspect the product and provide a full or partial refund. All new with tags items purchased must be returned as new with tags or no refund will be granted. All pre-owned items have been photographed, inspected and noted by our consignment staff, therefore any new flaws upon return will not be granted a refund.

All returns must have tracking information sent to The Shopping Bag through messaging within three days of receiving the RMA number. Items valued over $200 must be insured along with tracking information. Your returned item must be post marked within 14 Days (Calendar Days) of receiving your item from The Shopping Bag.

The Shopping Bag WILL NOT Accept the Following Items for a Return:
