You are offerding on a Sand Trooper and Dewback Star Wars set from Hasbro by Lucasfilms. This is very rare and hard to find as new, came out in 2000. The Storm Trooper is 12\" in height and the Dewback states on the box that it is 32\" in length. This is new in the box, although the box itself has some wear to it which you can see in the photos. 2000 Star Wars Power of the Force 12\" Dewback and Sandtrooper. The Dewback is 32\" long. Set from the original Star Wars Episode IV Movie. Dewbacks were commonly used as mounts and pack animals by Imperial Sandtroopers Security Forces. Though they were essentially a primitive means of transportation, dewbacks were used instead of Landspeeders because they would not become clogged by sand and seldom overheated. They also could be urged to run at speeds of 50 kilometers per hour for short periods of time—a speed at which they could overtake a Sandcrawler. Dewbacks were also preferred over Banthas because of they did not shy away from the challenges presented by sandstorms. However, those who used Dewbacks for transportation would have to keep in mind that the reptiles would become sluggish as the local temperature decreased. Aside from being employed by Imperial Sandtroopers and a Desert Specialist Team from the 4th Regiment of the Alliance Special Forces, Dewbacks were rarely found away from Tatooine.
