Nice antique American folk art painting depicting a Reading Locomotive ca 1930s. The work is beautifully painted with nice detail. The painting is painted on Masonite and has some light wear, the work might have been a Advertising or display sign for a train shop or museum as the wear is consistent with exposure. There is also some very light house paint splatter on the surface that can be removed by a qualified painting restorer. The painting measures 24\"w x 18\"h and is in good as found condition.
