DESCRIPTIONWe just acquired a small group of 8 nice old Native American jewelry pieces (20s-40s era) from a longtime collector. Please be sure to check the last photo as well as our other sales to see the rest of the items. Lovely vintage old pawn Zuni handcrafted pin. This depicts a sunface with a headdress. The face is inlaid with turquoise, onyx (?), spiny oyster shell, and mother of pearl. The headdress is petitpoint turquoise work. Beaded silver accent along the bottom and open loops on the side. Nicely done small example c. 1940s-50s.
MARKSVery light hand scratched marking on the back--maybe an N or M, but hard to tell.

CONDITIONExcellent condition. Most of these pieces could use a light cleaning (we prefer not to clean old Native American items) but there is no corrosion, pitting, damage, repairs, or structural damage.
