This is a religious item that is a genuine official Gohonzon scroll inside a high-quality case with 22k gold leaf emblem. It is beautiful and a precious item. See photos.

It is used in worship in various Nichiren Buddhist sects such as SGA, focusing the prayers towards the Gohonzon (scroll) to chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. The scroll is a miniature version of the Omari Talisman and it was removed from old ones from Asia that were previously encased in plastic. Gohonzon is in excellent condition, framed and mounted inside case.

Gohonzon is encased in a new custom-made stainless metallic silver-colored case with 22K gold leaf SGA emblem on top. Dimensions are 1.75 “ x 3.25”

I bought this new here on from the seller who has a few for sale, for travel. I have not used it. I do not have a use for it now.
