Shipping

NOTE: All items with a declared value of $125.00 and above will require a signature upon delivery. This is to prevent theft and to ensure that the package arrives to the correct destination.

ORM-D (Hazardous materials) products must be shipped ground. This may cause an increase in transit time resulting in a delayed delivery.

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 business days. We ship items out Monday through Saturday. We do our best to ship all items in a timely manner, but occasionally orders are delayed. Returns

We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our orders.

If you choose to return your product, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return, email us and you will be provided with a return address. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package and must still be in new and unused condition. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping fees incurred by us. A 15% restock fee may apply. Once the item has been received and inspected your return will be processed and completed.
