This is an American Made Stiffel Lamp that has been stored in a warehouse with other lamps since Stiffel closed it\'s American Factory in 2000. Shade not included.

    If you need an item shipped to a different location, please call us before payment for instructions. Or change the ship to address before you pay, if you just send a message, I may not read the message before shipment.

    Shipping & Tracking

    Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS within 2 business days of payment receipt. If you need your item in a hurry call us immediately and we will do our best to try to get it to you asap.

    Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. To track your package go to USPS.com and enter the number I have sent you.

    Unless it is specifically requested by you, I will not include a packing list in your package.

    I re-use cardboard boxes, tissue, packing peanuts, styrofoam etc. of all shapes and sizes for shipping. So please don\'t be surprised if your box isn\'t pretty looking. What is in the box will be safely packaged.

    Returns, Refunds & Damages

    If an item arrives damaged do not accept the shipment, refuse it. Contact us and we will send a replacement. If you discover damage after the postman has left, call us at 860-668-6101.

    International Shipments
