This Nu Sigma Nu medical fraternity pin is from circa 1941.I believe that it is 14K gold. There is a background smooth Nu, a background chased Sigma and a forefront Nu with twelve jewels-seven garnet and five pearl. The pin stands 17/32\" and the latch mechanism on the back works like new. It weighs 3.1 grams. This pin will last forever. Thank you.
