Jessica is standing on a teal background. Disney\'s Description: This Limited Edition pin features Jessica Rabbit dressed in a Nurses uniform and says \"2004 Nurses Day Walt Disney World®\". Nurses Day is celebrated on May 6 but the pin will be released on May 5, 2004. The pin measures 2\" tall by 7/8\" wide. It is backstamped with the 2004 pin trading logo and says, \"Limited Edition of 2500-(c)DISNEY-CHINA\". *NOTE* Apparently due to complaints from a Nursing Association, Disney pulled this pin from the racks before it sold out.
