- March 5, 1776 \"ONE EIGHTH of a DOLLAR\" New York Colonial American Currency Note.
- Conservatively graded & certified by PCGS as VF35 with the look of a much higher grade.
- No problems of any kind other than a tiny pin hole in each corner with the two on the right being well into the blank slevage (border area) and are of no significance.
- Great eye-appeal for the grade.
- Bold New York Arms emblem on the front, and a cool looking \"Fire\" emblem on the back with the motto \"NON DIU\" ( Not for long).
- Clear serial number 1666 in red ink with the bold signature of John H. Thompson.
- An authentic & historical item that was printed in 1776 during the Revolutionary War, and just a couple months before the Declaration of Independence was ratified.
- Newman lists a value of $400 in VF20 and $850 in XF40. These prices are at least 7 years old and a bit behind current valuations.
- Free insured USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation (trackable) to anywhere in the United States.
