William B. Kerr is well-regarded Art Nouveau silversmith and jeweler fromNewark, NJ, USA. He was active from 1855 to 1927. However, this item is one of the early Kerr\'s creations, marked bypersonal maker\'s marks, used from 1855 to 1892. The dish or bowl has proper Kerr\'s marks, it\'s gold-washed inside and decorated with six large diabolic 23.8 Oz or 675 grams! It\'s unusually large size and weight for this maker!
Size: 9 & 9/16 inches wide (diameter, head-to-head), 4 & 5/8 inches tall
Condition: Antique, Hand-made! NO monograms, NO removals orrepairs, the item has lovely old patina, some scratches andfew very minor dings inside.
