This is an Old English Sayings motto or saying plate. This was a series made by Royal Doulton between 1931 and WWII. This particular saying is “Joys shared with others are more than enjoyced”. The transfer design is very sharp, intricate and detailed. The back is stamped with a crown and Royal Doulton and I believe the # D 1428 is written on the side. It has faint crazing on the back as expected. The plate is 10 ¼ in diameter and in perfect condition. If you have any questions please contact me.
