CONDITION: Dust jacket is heavily stained with chips along top and bottom. Book has staining to bottom of front board. Bottom of front end paper has a water stain as shown inlast photo. Title page has staining in the gutter. Beyond that, there is no actual staining but please note the last few photos that show rippling of the pages on bottom where the pages meet at the spine. Though there is no staining, there was clearly moisture that resulted in this waviness at the bottom

A first edition of this book is near impossible to find and dust jacket is even more difficult. A significant discount of over 50% is being taken for the water stains.
