Very unusual old mercury glass bead ornament. Shaped like a dream catcher, it is composed of mercury glass and yellow & red hand formed seed beads. The seed beads are not uniform in shape so have to have been handmade. The entire piece stands 4.75\" long (not including the hanging loop) measuring from the top green bead to the bottom of the longest fringe. The piece is in overall good condition. There is 1 mercury ball in the interior of the ring that is damaged and it look like a very small mercury bead on one fringe has a chip but it is mostly intact. Otherwise, just typical color wear.
It\'s a great piece. It came from a huge estate of Victorian ornaments. I do not know the exact date of this one, but it is beautifully done and obviously not new or reproduction.
