Do not see any copper showing or noticeable dings or dents
...has some tarnish remaining..notice it in the ornate edgingI am in an area where silver plate is not valued
So do purchase it when it is reasonable...not my area of expertise
I lightly clean it as I have worked it down to the copper at times
This is definitely an older piece..purchased at an estate sale

I have a large ornate handled and footed oval tea tray
another piece like this one...see last photo for the two pie plates
This is the one on the right...the other has slightly longer legs..a bit higher
This one is a little heavier
