Old hand painted artist marked Hummel Goebel figurine #71 \"Stormy Weather\".
Bright colorful matte glazed figure with incised \"M I Hummel\" mark on the back is 6 1/2 inches high.
Figure has blue Goebel full bee trade mark #2 and other marks on the bottom.
There are surface gllaze chips or scrapes on the tips on two top umbrella points (see closeup pictures), otherwise the figure is in very good condition, not worn, no cracks, no other chips, not crazed, not stained.
