This is one of the highly collectible Saucy Seaside Postcards. Typically, they present tongue-in-cheek Britishhumor revolving around sex and risque family life. These cards feature well endowed young women,hen pecked husbands and red nosed drunks - all seemingly involved in activity at the beach, hospitals, automobiles, nudist camps or anything where sexual content could be included. In the 1950s, Bamforth postcards were among the most popular of the 18 million purchased at British seaside resorts.
