This sale is for a wonderful VICTORIAN ERA, CHOCOLATE BROWN VELVET CAPE with BLACK HORSE or BEAR HAIR TRIM. It is completely lined (I believe the fabric is silk or satin)and has a pocket on the inside. The neck closes with a hook clasp. It has a big collar that could be worn up or down. It is in really nice condition showing light wear and having some wear spots on the edges of the hem (see photo). All in all, pretty nice shape for a cape of this vintage! I would call it a size LARGE. Measurements are~

Shoulder to bottom of hem-27 inches

Hem length (with coat closed)-51 inches

Shoulders-18 inches

Cape length fully opened-108 inches
