• Original comic art - daily strip from June, 9th 1958. Really good condition & paper quality. Approximate size: 17\" x 6\".
Art Provenance: from the family of George Ward (Walt Kelly\'s longtime assitant). George worked on lettering for Walt, and often ghosted on the art as well (particularly Sundays featuring the bear, and in later years, perhaps a wider variety). This art has been kept in the family. This art had been in the Ward family and is the first time, to the best of our knowledge, that is it up for public sale!
