Here is a factory original GM 1964 or 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 4 speed floor console assembly. This just recently came out of storage where it has been for many years when it was taken out of a car turned into a race car. Technically this is a 1964 console, however, it will be a direct fit in a 1965 with the only difference being the spacing between the fins. This has never been cut on or modified ever. This has no cracks or damage anywhere. The chrome on this console has a nice and bright shine, however, this does have the usual pitting on it you\'d expect to find on one of these consoles. This has no carpet rot at the bottom. All of the mounting holes are in excellent shape. The shifter boot is in nice shape with no rips or tears. The shifter opening has no cracks or damage from ever being used with an aftermarket shifter. The rear lens is present but has a scratch in the center of it. This looks very nice but would probably look better with a quality cleaning and polishing up. No one reproduces this console. Overall, this is about as nice as you can get with a used console for one of these cars. This would be perfect for a nice driver or survivor but will need to be rechromed for a show car.
