This original civil war tin type measures3 1/4\" x 2 3/4\". The gold frame is marked Scovill (mfg co superior on top) (Waterburg Conn. No 8 ?? on bottom). The photos is named on the reverse Richard Harned. The photo has a standard fort back drop. The image is clear with all the good stuff. He is holding an officer Calvary saber, officers bars on shoulder, slouch type hat with Calvary insignia, pistol in belt and bowie knife in belt. The image is uncleaned and 100% original.
