This is FRESH TO THE MARKET, a very collectible LARGE Original Oil on Canvas Painting of a Red Hat wearing a NOT-SO-JOLLY White Bearded Old Man by DAVID PELBAM. Mr. David Pelbam was supposedly have only painted just one subject of an old white bearded man in different costumes between 1960 and 1970.

Frame: 27\" x 23\". Face: 23\" x 19 1/4\".

Condition: EXCELLENT. The painting, canvas and frame are all in excellent condition. The frame however hasmicro scuff marks from handling and age. This vintage painting is well taken care of.
