100% original and very rare. There are a total of 8 pockets with each snap/button featuring the New York Empire State seal symbol (see photo 7). The pocket located on the far right of the belt needs to be re-stitched on the right side area and the round metal insert piece on the same pocket is missing (see photo 10).
