glare is from protective plastic the paper has been protected by and covered with.
As this is from the 70\'s it is not in brand new condition, though it has never been used as wallpaper. Any minor edge fray or discoloration is from age.

Shipping for this item is Priority Mail OR First Class Mail for USA. Priority International Mail for World Wide Mail. I package all items with the utmost care, the way I would like to get them.

Customs-

It is up to the buyer to check on added cost from your Country Customs before you offer.

While I too am not that happy with the shipping cost, and/or Customs cost either, they are what they are---I don’t lie about the values on customs slips-as I am the one who would suffer damages to my business, so it would not be respectful or reasonable to ask me to do so. If you are one of my out of the county buyers you should be able to check these types of cost before you make your offer/purchase.

I am willing to COMBINE INVENTORY without a problem but please let me know what you have in mind immediately. I like to ship fast, and if don’t know I will pack and ship quickly.

· Time to Time shipping damage happens. As a seller I will do everything I can to help get refunds/claim damage returned to my buyers.

· When item is delivered, give the box a small shake-can you hear breakage/damage— IF SO do not accept the delivery (refuse) and have them send it back to sender. don\'t open it-take to post office and again tell them you refuse-shipment-Post office will send back without cost IF not opened. If a problem with clerk ask for the post master! Seller is the only one that can make the claim. This is the reason sellers will state that they will not pay for damaged return shipping – those costs most times happen because the box has been opened. The postal clerk will make notes; they received and then ship back to me. I then, will go to the post office, where they will open at that time, make notes and I will file the claim. NOTE: With (doesn\'t matter if we had insurance for more money) shippers, all of them, will ONLY pay the amount that client (buyer) paid for the item –I will need to fill out forms, give them the copies of the sale (prove of the value) and shipping costs. Again only cost shipping to buyer. Most times this takes about 2 months. I pack super well (don’t want the problems for either of us) but as we have seen at times, the delivery services don’t always handle items the way they should have been handled.
