Presenting this fine French, antique cloth, boudoir bed doll, circa 1920s,for your consideration. Measuring, 28 incheslong in a seated position, she has many of the attributes of the Lenci, Italyfirmincluding long slender, felt arms and delicate hands with the third and fourth fingers sewn together and long slender legs with hi-heel shaped feet. However, she has a cloth face and slender neck with delicately painted features including a long nose, pretty mouth and well defined, side glancing painted eyes with good detail. She has gorgeous eye shadow and blush and her original, thick blond wig in long curls with centerpart. The most unusual feature is her manufactured torso with weighted wide seat (meant to be posed on a chair, dresser or vanity) with her long legs draped over the side. She wears all her original, lavishly trimmed clothing including organdy trimmed pantalets, matching petticoat, silk stockings and French blue felt hi-heel shoes with cut-out designs (one wooden heel is missing) beneath her pale blue and white ruffled gown with fitted bodice and blue silk ribbon trim. We were unable to find a manufacturer\'s label. She also wears long black lace gloves and a pearl necklace. She has no damages or repairs, no stains or holes, no fading and no odors as she is from a smoke free home.
