Many people have bought a VVR instruction chassis modelin the past and probably will in the future.

One of the problems with these chassis models is, (almost)all these models have very fragile gears in the differential.

If you have such a model, please take a look if notone or more tooth are missing / cracked?

In the past decades I have had many of these modelsand a big lot suffer from metal fatigue as for the diff gears.

I have been asked many times for spare ones but sinceI’m out of stock I had to think of the future.

Since new ones are no longer for sale for many decadesand people keep asking for replacements I asked a friend with a little workshopto help.

Because he (76 years old man with a big lot of skills)only works with the regular old tools like a lathe etc and he does not have anykind of CNC machines it took a while but the results

are amazing! Just to be clear, I’m not making money onthis! I had to pay him 50 Euro’s for a set of 2 gears, a small and a largerone.
