We do our best to list all items accurately and correct. Our 14 day return policy is ONLY if we described a product incorrectly or of course if it arrived damaged. Please contact us for an authorization return .You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of item in order to return. We can not accept returns because colors do not match or you do not like pattern. We will inspect item upon return to make sure it is still new intact with all package included and if so issue a full refund. We can\'t accept any packages back that have been removed from packages as we do not sell used bedding.Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be deducted from refunds.We unfortunately have to do this to cover the original shipping fee since we ship for free,Of course if an item arrives damaged or not as described this fee is not charged. All items must be in original condition received and still in packaging and unused. We can not accept any used items back.
All items will ship promptly after payment has cleared paypal. (normally within 24hrs except weekends)
