Oh my!!! Enchanting is how I would describe this beautiful old pair of statues. Cold Painted Spelter and made in the USA by Dav Art in the 1920\'s they are just sublime. The exquisite faces, the wonderful costumes...the soft beautiful colours......DIVINE!! Take a look at all my photos..they show how drop dead divine they are. The only thing to report is that one Mrs Harlequins base one of the little feet has been broken off and there is a small chip to the paintwork (it was probably dropped once). It does not in anyway effect how stable she is as there are 8 feet on each base and it does not wobble at all!!!!. The statues stand 14cm high and are quite heavy for their size, I would say they are cold painted spelter not bronze. On the inside of the base they are marked Dav Art NY. They are quite rare and quite beautiful. I know the new owner will just adore them. Pick up is available from Yatala 4207 or its an easy post. If you need any more information please contact me.
