Hi!

This listing is for afantastic PAIR of Egyptian themed art pieces that were painted on papyrus. The paints are metallic in nature ~ not over the top... they just add an interesting luster!

Both paintings are custom framed in gold painted, embossed wood frames and measure 13 5/8\" x 16 3/4\".

The first painting is of the sphinx and the pyramids. The colors are black, gold and red on sandy colored papyrus. This piece is not signed.

The second is of the Pharoah (I think... based on the cobra on his headdress) and his queen. The colors are the same, with the addition of turquoise. This piece is signed ~ see next to last photo. I cannot make out what it says, but it is signed.

The two pieces feature the same type of papyrus, the same style and the same paints. I believe them to be painted by the same artist, but cannot be sure. They are lovely with no significant defects. Thank you for looking!
