An excellent pair of antique, solid silver Persian Qatar period bird figures, probably dating Circa 1890. Each is hallmarked underneath the tail with “Sevan” presumably the makers name, and a hallmark of a lion holding a sword which was usually the purity mark for 875 silver.
Each dove is 5.5” long, 3.6” tall and 1.5” wide. The combined weight is 379 grams.
