Here is a pair of Frankart brass or bronze finish bookends. Bases are made of marble and may not be the original.
A very substantial set ofbookends based on weight and size: each bookend is 5 1/4 inches tall at the headand 8 inches long from the back of the rear paw to the tip of the nose. Some patinashowing and I have not attempted to clean them in any way. Right paw on one ofthem has 2 holes where the toenails should be. I can imagine how shiny thesebookends will be after cleaning them up.
