Pair of Vintage Circa 1940\'s Mid-Century Chinese Patinated Bronze Table Lamps with Original Silk Pagoda Shades
Offered is this magnificent pair of vintage mid-century (circa 1940\'s) Chinoiserie Chinese Urn Table Lamps featuring Patinated Bronze High Relief Twin Dragons. These are massive, heavy lamps, found in a little store in the Kansas City. One still had a sticker barely attached to it that indicates it had been part of Jack Mandelbaum\'s personal collection. Jack Mandelbaum is an infamous holocaust survivor and author who resides in the Kansas City area.
The lamps have been hand forged from bronze, extremely gorgeous detail. Please see photos for additional description. They are extremely heavy lamps, weighing over 30 pounds each. Wear is typical for age and use, mostly chipping on the black enameled base. There is a crack that runs horizontally along one of the lamps, seen in photos.Measurements:
Base to finial: 30\"Base to socket\" 22\"Width: 16\"
The pagoda lamp shades are included. They will probably need to be restored as they have a few spots from age, seen in photos.
Lamps will ship in two shipments as they are extremely heavy, shades in one box, for a total of 3 packages.
