Thislisting featuresa beautiful vintage 20th century extra large bronze figure of a semi nude Atlas holding up the earth on his shoulders. He is muscle bound, curly hair and the matching heavy beard. Over one shoulder has animal hyde draped, semi nude with grape leaf covering his private part in the front. He is holding up a globe which has a band going across the middle, featuring all zodiac / horoscope signs. Bronze is not signed. Good condition, minor age wear, only unusual part is the way the ball is affixed to the hands (with screws - see photos). He stands towering at 34\" tall, 10.5\" wide and 10.5\" deep. Overall an impressive and sexy piece !
