This is a genuine ladies Vintage Solid 18K Yellow Gold Patek Phillipe Watch model 4109/1. This watch features a textured gold dial with stick hour markers. It has a 20 jewels manual wind movement. This watch is running perfectly.

This lovely watch has a solid one piece 18K gold mesh bracelet with adjustable clasp closure. It measures 8-5/8\" from end to end. The case measures 19mm x 23mm, that is without the crown. It is 6mm thick. Total weight is 50.3 grams.
