This is a Pelikan M481 fountain pen from around 1983-1985.

It was the forerunner of the M200. Unlike the M200 (old style) he only has one decorative ring on the cap edge, a cap head without the Pelikan logo and a green ink window. It was produced for export only.

It is a fountain pen with a classic plunger mechanism. The Pelikan clip and fittings are gold-plated, the gold plated nib with size M.
