PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Pretty Birthday Design Silver Heart Trinket Boxes measure 65mm x 65mm x 25mm and are lined with a dark blue velvet.

ENGRAVING DETAILS

You can add a name, age and personal message of up to 30 characters on the trinket box.

We will centralize your message as standard and unless you give us specific instructions of your own we will lay your message out in the best way to fit the space.

Delivery Information

Our Free Delivery Service via ROYAL MAIL takes up to 4 working days for delivery but most orders will be delivered within 2 working days.

We also offer a 24 Hour Delivery Service via Royal Mail which can take 1-2 days for delivery or if you need your order quicker than that then you can use our DPD Next Day Delivery Service

If you haven\'t received your order within the timescale then please contact us as we can track it for you

If you live in Ireland you can also use our Standard Airmail Service which is dispatched within 5 working days and delivery should take no longer than 10 working days

If your order hasn\'t turned up but it\'s been marked as dispatched then please check with your local post/sorting office in case they have it there (postmen don\'t always leave a card if you were out when they tried to deliver)

We don\'t send invoices out with orders. Please let us know if you\'d like copy of your invoice.

Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges Accepted

Engraved goods are non-returnable and non-refundable unless an error has been made by ourselves in which case we\'ll send a replacement.

Please inform us within 72 hours if your goods arrive damaged so we can send a replacement.
