She sure is pretty sitting on the shelfA crack runs from the left side of the top of the stem across the front, then back up to the top, then onto the right side. It never bothered me, has been on my shelf for 20years but I know that some folks only want working order dispensers. Main springs works inside a red inner tube, but the head flops as shown. Hand painted eyes, the face is more pink than others I\'ve owned. Halo and both wings intact. Back of hair is split like ALL Pez Angels.Stem 2.6 Austria, there are a couple minor marks on the back of the stem as well.
